Do you have a physical store where I can go to check and buy your products?

Not at this moment. We would keep you informed about any changes to this subject in the future.

How long will it take me to receive the products I ordered?

Usually when you buy our products directly from our Amazon store, they ship directly from our USA and UK warehouses. Therefore you should be receiving your products after 3 to 5 business days after order is confirmed and processed.
In case the order was place directly form our website store at www.am-re.us, the products could take up to 5 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed and processed.

If takes longer than that please contact us so we can find out the reason that caused the delay in the delivery of the goods.

What is the warranty time for your products?

Warranty period is limited to 1 year for all the electronic products and 6 months for all the cases, silicone or rubber made products.

What should I do If a product ordered from your web-store was never received?

Please contact us right away. Send us an email to support@am-re.us. Provide us with your contact information: Name, telephone number, e-mail, as well as the date of the purchase and order number. We would do our best to find out what happened with your product(s) and/or the reason (if that is the case) why the order was delayed.
We will contact you back with the detail information in less than 1 hour.

What should I do if the product(s) gets damaged during shipping?

Please send us detailed pictures of the shipping box and the product, as well as a copy of the Invoice to support@am-re.us We will check and verify all the information provided and we will reply you via email with further instructions on how to handle this issue.
Our customer service team should answer you back in less than 24 hours.

Can I return the product if it does not fit my expectations?

Returns are only acceptable for 7 days after the product (s) has been received. If the product was received D.O.A ( Dead on arrival), you should contact customer support, so they can provide you with more specific information in how to handle this type of situation.
